Customer Choice

If our surveyor judges that a customer has a credible repair solution of their own that they wish to employ, then Acumen surveyors can use our day one repair scope to offer an ethical and accurate settlement. If a customer does not have their own solution and wishes Acumen to assist with restoration and repair, our surveyors impose their non-destructive scope upon our fully vetted national contractor partner network, and closely project manage all works to a fully satisfactory conclusion.
